
What We Offer
We are a local organization focused on helping the homeless and near homeless, those in crisis, disabled veterans, released felons, those actively fleeing domestic violence or human trafficking, and other poor in our community. We provide temporary housing to those losing their homes to fire, weather, and other disasters. Our mission is to help individuals and families meet their immediate needs and help them reach self-sufficiency.
Transitions DMC offers clients:
